Additionally, custom millwork designs and built-in are considered to take your space to the next level. This comprehensive service includes subcontractor management, procurement, installation, and final styling, leaving you with a fully completed and personalized space.

Full service design focuses on the furniture layouts that optimize space as well as the selections for your home; to make sure every room flows and is artfully curated.   • This option is when you are not ready to commit to Full Service interior design but you are looking to pull your home together or give your home that finishing touch.  We can focus on what you need and ensure it works cohesively with your existing interiors.  This can be for anyone looking to repaint rooms, address window treatments, add furniture or soft textiles to spaces, address lighting, or finish styling rooms with art & accessories.  We can cater this service to what you need. 

  • The Designer for a Day is a service if you are interested in design expertise in a condensed consultation at your home. This design service offers you a condensed amount design time, design advice, guidance and ideas, that allows you to purchase items directly from local shops, showrooms, or online. Designer for a day is collaborative design session created to help homeowners design a space in a short amount of time and is the perfect option for homeowners who are willing to do the ordering and some installation themselves, and are looking for a little help with the vision.

    Based on your needs, Designer for a day may look different for each client.  Please contact designer directly for more details and fee structure.

  • Every client, every home, and every project is unique -  so how do we determine the design fee? 

    We prefer to take time in the Discovery phase and review all your individual needs.  Once we determine the service you are looking for and outline the scope of work, we can discuss an agreement outlined with the fees.

Our Design Process

We understand that no two projects are alike and no two processes will be alike, however the process below helps us lets you know what to expect, especially for the full service design.

  • We start each project off with a detailed questionnaire, which helps us figure out your needs and fine-tune the process. During this phase we also have you share inspirational images, site images, and any other collateral that can be useful to the project. Depending on the project scope and once all agreements are meet it is during this phase a home visits occurs.

  • This is when we get to work - Consulting with contractors and or architects, creating concepts, sketching up furniture plans, collecting samples, shopping, making selections, and creating design presentations. Depending on each project’s scope the time frame of this phase will vary.

  • At this time we review furniture plans, design direction, design presentations and selections with you. We will also discuss prices and lead times of the items selected for your approval. This is a collaborative process where we listen to your feedback and refine if needed.

  • Once approvals on designs are made, purchases will be made for the project. We will manage these orders, track their deliveries, and arrange shipping according to the project needs.

  • We will track your deliveries for the design purchases and assist with delivery coordination and installation as needed for each project. After most initial installations we review the entire look and curate each space as needed with an additional layer of accessories and decor to make it picture perfect!
